ICUMSA 45 REFINED SUGAR

This is the most highly refined sugar and has a sparkling white colour, therefore suitable for human consumption and wide range of food products. This grade of sugar is one of the most sought after by sugar importers worldwide, due to its purity and brightness. This is due to the controlled crystallization process by which crystal sugars are dissolved. The demand is high due to this being safer for consumption since refining process removes bacteria and contaminants present in raw sugars.

ICUMSA 100 WHITE SUGAR

This refined sugar is of a lower grade than ICUMSA 45 and comes at a lower cost, which some wholesalers look for. It possesses a light while colour, therefore not as visually appealing as ICUMSA 45. Nevertheless, ICUMSA 100 is still a food grade sugar and safe for human consumption
